• Well, yesterday and today were busy crochet days. I must have had withdrawels from not crocheting for 2 days. I totally abandoned the cloche from the Hip to Crochet book. Instead I made this gardening hat from the tweed yarn. Then this morning, I made my own cloche from some clearance sale Lionbrand Homespun. I really like this one. I'm working on another one in the leftover tweed. The pattern is a little different because the yarn is thinner. I'll put up the pattern when I'm sure of all the adjustments.
• Beautiful day out today. Clear blue skies and sunshine galore!! Perfect day to wear a cloche hat. It was cool outside this morning, which can only mean one thing---yeap, fall is on the way. I'm looking forward to it. I love the change of colors in the leaves and I really like days that are clear and cool. Tenn. offers up lots of fall days like that, usually.
