Well, Sept. is on it's way out and tomorrow we will wake up in October. I love the fall months. I didn't use to, but as I get older I think I appreciate better what each season has to offer us. People have already begun to decorate for fall and some have started for Halloween..I will wait a couple of more weeks before I start my decorating. Nature has begun decorating on its own. The leaves are beginning to change and the flowers are starting to go to seed and all my mums are blooming in full glory. I'll post a picture of that later.
Todays photo is of our dogs. It occurs to me that for as big a part of our family as they are, I've not shared them with you. Timber is our white German Shepard. We got him almost 5 years ago when we lived in N. Dakota. He is a snow dog for sure. Cold weather is his pleasure. Buster is our newest member. We got him in March when he was almost 6 weeks old. He is the cutiest Beagle I've seen. Yes, I am prejudiced. They are the best of buds. Timber has wanted a playmate that can take his size for some time now. We had a little Pomeranian but she passed away in June at the age of 13. She took no shit off the big guy. He knew who the boss was. So when Buster came along Timber was in heaven.
Not much new on the crochet front. Still working on the same few projects. I really want to complete at least one before beginning anything new. I hate having more than three things going at once because then they all seem to get neglected and progress is way to slow. The afghan and the little purse or die! Well, that's a little extreme, but you know what I mean.
