• Greetings, it's a beautiful day here in Tennessee. Fall-like weather in the mornings and summerlike in the afternoons. The best of both worlds. I better enjoy it while it lasts.
• On the crochet front, I completed a capelet yesterday and today I made a Gypsy headwrap. Just a little something from the Groovy crochet webpage. Sometimes they have good stuff there. I like the way it turned out. Sorry the picture is not the best. But when you have to take it of yourself, it can be tricky. You know what I mean.
• I think I'm going on Elann.com and order some yarn for a cape that I have been wanting to make. They have some pretty mohair on sale for $2.48 a ball (212 yards per ball, I think) and I am in love with mohair. I may get some other type of yarn to make up more headwraps for Christmas gifts. Who know. When ordering yarn there is no rhyme or reason.
• No gift basket bought last nite. They switched from the silent auction to a real auction which isn't as much fun. So we left early. Plus the baskets were not as good as last year. Tonite we are off to a high school football game. So far we are 2 and 2. Hopefully we will be up by one by tonite. Yeah.
