  Dentist Day
I just got back from the dentist. Ughhh....I hate going there. I had a tiny little cavity behind my front tooth. The dentist asked, "since it's so small do you want to try it without being numbed up?" Uh, no. I'm a whimp, thank you very much. Now my whole upper right face is numb. I think she gave me enough in that shot to fill 10 cavities. I can't feel my teeth and the tip of my nose itches, but I can't feel it when I scatch it-----whoa is me. However, she is really nice and lets you know what is going on when she's in you mouth. I like that.

My hat is coming along nicely. I can't wait till it is finished. I've never worn a hat like this before, but am looking forward to it. I've also been working on a pillow. I unofficially joined the pillow-a-long at Crochetville. I do that alot. Unofficially join the crochet alongs. That is mainly because just in case I don't do it, I don't have the guilt. But this pillow is gonna be awesome--it's for my bedroom. My husband is thinking--'great, another pillow'. He's not a big pillow person. Just more stuff to throw off the bed before you get in. I like pillows. I'm also working on a hooded scarf/wrap. It's done with mohair, so it is gonna be soft. Three projects at one time is quite enough for me. I'm tempted to start my sunglass case, but will wait.

My son orders his class ring tomorrow for his senior year (which is next year) and then my middle son will order his next year. Those rings are not cheap. Especially for boys (cause they're bigger). His is gonna be an 11! Man, high school ain't cheap. But I remember getting mine and how I felt so cool, cause I was a senior and was gonna be done with school. Not realizing then there's college, work, and the real world right around the corner. But what am I saying, I'm still growing up. It's a long and envolved process.

Whatever you recieve, wherever it comes from, cherish the desire to give it back in full measure.
